The Management Collection (often called "Day of Coordinator")

ensures everything has been taken care of leading up to your wedding day

and the entire event will run smoothly.

What we do before your Wedding Day:

• Initial meeting to collect all necessary information such as the vision for your wedding, other wedding professionals (vendors) contact information, provide wedding professional recommendations, monthly to-do checklists, and start a rough draft master timeline

• Collaborate with all other wedding professionals to create a master timeline that ensures the day runs smoothly

• Help create a design and layout for décor and manage all rentals

• Final meeting with your assigned planner 2-3 weeks out to finalize all the details and solidify the master day-of timeline, layout, décor, et. 

• Run the ceremony rehearsal

 

What we do on your Wedding Day:

• A minimum of TWO team members including your assigned Certified Wedding Planner and at least one other Coordinator on the day of the event.

• Basic Decorating Collection- Decorate and Setup all rented and personal items. 

• Manage and run the master day-of timeline

• Troubleshooting throughout the event

• Facilitates the pickup/deliveries of flowers, cake, and rentals 

• Meet with each vendor as they arrive on-site and ensure they are aware of all expectations

• Distribute corsages and bouquets, pin boutonnières at ceremony location

• Facilitate the ceremony

• Repurpose décor/items from ceremony to reception 

• Assists with the bustle of the wedding dress

• Ensure the bride and groom are taken care of throughout the event

• Distribute Gratuity/Tips/Thank You Cards

• Facilitates Clean Up- Pack up all rented and personal items at the end of the night and ensures they go home with a designated person at the end of the event (additional $300 charge if these services extend past 10pm) 

• Travel Fees are based on accommodation and travel cost, if required

With a Wedding Planner, you will have support with all the details, starting with booking your venue/vendors, through post-wedding day agenda.

• Provides Venue/Vendor Booking Assistance

• Complete Design/Decorating- Design, Research, and management of all rentals

• A minimum of THREE team members including your assigned Certified Wedding Planner and at least two other Coordinator on the day of the event.
